Yes she can live their cause she is over 45. It is not section eight or Hud. Rent varies at to where your apartment is located in complex. I was paying 745 a month with utilities included for a two bedroom across from golf course three years ago. Lived their 10 years. You will like living there. Sometimes their is a waiting but not vary long.

We lived here 6 yrs and haven't seen one bed bug or heard of anyone having any.they have Burns Exterminator in every week taking care of property.

Georgia, you would have to call. I would suggest you visit to really appreciate the property. I have lived there 9 years and love it. Electric and water included in rent and always plenty of heat or a/c. Very quiet community.

No it is not. Rent is also raised every year and the last two to three years the increases have been quite high.

At this time there are several open units. They require your income to be sufficient to the rent. A deposit plus the rent is required. Love the complex. Very friendly atmosphere!!!

I was told no, they don't have a waiting list, I paid 50.00 to hold an apartment. I didn't like the location of apartment coming available, it was on the outside street.

Must both be 55..rent goes up every year..didnt go up in 2020 due to covid..but doubled in 2021 to make up for it..i live here..rent on 1 bdrm is $871.60.. They pay everything..water..electric..2 swimming pools..lots of leisure area..2 bbq grills..i think there 1 or 2 pavillions..ballroom auditorium..sitting areas in lobby n librRy..and many other things too..

Not a bad place there's a lot of nice people there. But the people running it are a little much to handle recently they said no smoking End Apartments is it now you can't even smoke outside have to go off the property to smoke. Then after that they said no more barbecuing on the property so everyone had to get rid of they're little BBQ. And now in one month they raised the rent $150 so there's been some people moving out today's open Apartments for the most part they're not bad Apartments and the grounds are kept pretty clean. You also do not have to pay utilities it has a swimming pool and a clubhouse that has different events. Sorry but I don't know the income limits

My Mother in Law pays 865.00 for a small one bedroom all utilities included. Secure gated community.

It is a 55 plus. I would apply for a spot now though. I believe there is a waiting list. The apartment sizes range up to two bedroom. Prices are very reasonable. Utilities paid. My mom really likes it.
