My ex husband is over 65, but he needs our daughter to take care of him. She's only 47 will she be able to live there? Also is it low income rent? Do you have a waiting list?

Yes she can live their cause she is over 45. It is not section eight or Hud. Rent varies at to where your apartment is located in complex. I was paying 745 a month with utilities included for a two bedroom across from golf course three years ago. Lived their 10 years. You will like living there. Sometimes their is a waiting but not vary long.

My boyfriend is 68yrs. old he's been there I believe for 6 yrs , since day 1 the manager has continually given him a bad time and has wanted him to move. Now he's very laid back quiet and doesn't have people over stay's to himself pay's his rent on time, She has made remarks to him like "what your still here" she's extremely mean, rude, the complex has an on going bed bug problem. He has NEVER made any rude or derogatory or mean remarks toward her or anyone in the complex. For some reason she has always had out for him. I personally have heard and witnessed this from her . If this is how she is with her renters I can see why so many move out . The remark about the place being full or there being a wait list is NOT true there are many empty apartments available. It may have been true far in the past BEFORE she was managing it. But it's not that way now. The rent has gone up over $300.00 in one year than 6 months into this year it went up again. Making it close to $400.00 more than 2021.
