This program has been great! I love that the staff has done the program, so they know the expectations. As far as weight loss, I've lost a realistic amount and still have more to go, so I'm not done yet. The staff is supportive, answers all of my questions and is very encouraging. The best thing is, that I'm much more conscientious of what I eat and know what I need to do to get to my goal. I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you can't do it on your own, like me. I needed the accountability.

You sign up for a year. I did the 40 day program and in 40 days I lost almost 35 pounds. During those 40 days we have weekly check ins where the staff, who are all amazing by the way, go over goals and strategies. After the 40 days we spend another 21 days locking in our weight with weekly check ins as well. Then for the remainder of the year it's monthly check ins. I'm almost done with my year program and I've maintained a 35 pound weight loss this whole time. My wife was so amazed, she joined and lost 25 pounds so far. Best decision we ever made!
