Listen to the various prompts and the animal shelter will be an option, I'm thinking it is # 6 because they will ask for your party's extension if you know it, at the beginning of the call. I had to call several times once I figured out to call the Paris PD because the # listed definitely needs to be updated!! Hope this helps!
