As long as your bikes are road legal, yes. Otherwise, you will have to trailer them to your destination. There are no motorized trails within the park to my knowledge.
I did not see any dirt bike trails in the park. Call the park to be sure.

No. But there's an area not five minutes away with lots of great places to ride! Take the Cameo exit and across the bridge. If it's during season, Kokopelli's Produce is on the same exit and they have great fresh organic fruit!
