All the tomatoes were brown and the lettuce was disgusting!! Asked server for fresh tomatoes and lettuce and she said that's all they had. She was told that she shouldn't be serving that!

Just another "fast food" place in fruita where your order is CONSTANTLY wrong. Been in fast food/restaurant industry for 15 years, THIS is why I'm done tipping. Seriously, if I don't go inside and watch them step by step, it's wrong.

This is a go to Subway to me . 2 to 4 times a week. Subways are all basically the same everywhere. What makes one better than the others are the employees. Twice this last week there has been an employee (Christina) when i come in. My 1st experience was that a poorly made sandwich because I was asking her to make it the way I like it, not her way. Today at 3:45 she purposely ignored customers making the kid do all the work. Luckily it wasn't busy. The kid did a great job getting the job done with a smile and positive attitude but, I told him I saw what she was doing. One person can ruin what is normally a great place to eat with great customer service. I do hope she can improve.

It was not good experience ordering this time. I have allergies and the person (manager I was told) who waited on me did not give helpful friendly service. I had to help make sure the person didn't cause cross-contamination as she filled my order.
