Was there for a family reunion stayed in a nice little two bedroom house which you can rent. Lots of interesting stuff for kids, including a big pumpkin patch in October.

Such history here. I believe it started in the 1950's as a children's daycamp. They have different areas of the world to learn about. It's old and dated, but that's what makes it so cool! Look in all the buildings for interesting finds. I loved the building with the last 60 years of pictures from the camp, on the walls. My son loved the spaceship, swing and slide. The area where you could go in and pet/hold the rabbits was really fun for adults and kids. I hope the horse rescue organization that bought the property can get the support of the community to keep this place going.

Nice place, fun the whole family. A lot to see, kids will love it, scary is not but it is well put. A lot of history for this place.

It's... okay at best. Pretty out of the way, not enough bathrooms, overpriced pumpkins, no food or water for sale on site, no shade, some culturally insensitive aspects. If you're taking a small child it would be fun for them but anyone over 10... you can make a better use of $7

You should be able to just buy a pumpkin. You can't go out and pick one yourself though

Do you have a summer program for kids?

Corinne Roberts | Aug 20, 2018

They use to have summer programs, but they haven't done that in years. Also they are trying to sell so they can move on, which is very sad. But from what I hear they will be open till it sells, they want to sell to someone who will keep it going
