Glad to hear that new owners are taking over. We were not satisfied at all. The bed did not have a mattress cover amd only a thin fitted sheet over the mattress. I couldn't sleep all night cause I felt that bed bugs were crawling all over me. Itched all night long. It was all mental I am sure but the thought of laying right on top of the mattress with just a thin worn out sheet between me amd the mattress gave me the creeps. The kitchen was moldy and the refrig was way too small.

Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Being right on the beach and having a boat ramp and docks is a huge plus

Be aware. When we checked in our door was open and they had just freshly painted. Had to smell that for the entire weekend. Studio unit was outdated and needed remodeling . We paid top dollar ($280.00 night) for a room that was nothing more than a view. Lamps needed new switches, plugs were loose and there was not very many of them. No USB connections. Refrigerator and stove were old and rusty. Bathroom door was peeling at the bottom and needed replaced. They have not put any money in these for a long long time. Having said that the view was great and staff was friendly.
