No community pool. Several private homes have pools. There is a County pool about a mile away on San Casa.

While there is a restriction of 2 animals, I really don't think it would be a problem for the 2 house cats. I have seen people walking more than 2 dogs belonging to them in the park. Waivers are not given but speaking as a resident for 20 years I doubt there would be a problem. Just keep the cat info to yourself.

Unfortunately the park doesn't. There is a nice public pool a couple of miles away and the gulf of Mexico is 10 minute drive

If you own the property you may have 2 dogs or 2 cats. The dogs must always be on leach whenever off your property.

That would be between you and the owner. All lots are owned by different people. You would make those arrangements with the owner.

Yes each lot is owned by the purchaser. You pay real estate taxes but you don't pay a rental fee.
