It's a pity that I can't choose level 0. The service here is really bad. The maintenance staff can't detect the fault, and the obvious noise can't be detected. They also suggested that I change the tires. I'm speechless

This rating reflects Crown Toyota's service department. Main reason why I gave them such a low rating is because the price they give you over the phone changes by a lot once you get there. This wasn't the first time they did this to me either. I'm over this dealership.

Don't waste your time. They swear they are by the book. Their sales team and overall service is terrible. My friend bought a car from them and confirmed that as well.
