A more thorough description of the items I received in the mail to resolve the issue. So I would have known more about what to expect

I have yet to install these units. However I’m sure Renogy has some of the best products at a good price. I have now purchased 10 Renogy solar panels from Renogy along with the 40amp cc. I have also bought 4 Renogy batteries 12v 200Amphr. I will be making videos of each installation. All products was purchased by me and was timely delivered either from Renogy or Home Depot. Once installed I will review all products in detail.

I've had several email chains with your support department to help me set up my Renogy solar charge controller and inverter. Each time your tech support has been very helpful and detailed in their instructions. I even left a good review on Amazon today, now that I have completed my project. AND I have a couple Renogy solar panels on my Amazon wish list for another project (my camper) so I'll be a repeat customer. :) Thank you for all you do.

In my experience with this company is the worst! They never answer the phone ,how do they get to do business with customers this way? By ignoring people all the time...

That means your battery is floating or is full.
Yes
If the rover is set to lithium it will try to reactivate the batts when your panels get power.
Call them and ask.

I can't remember what I paid for my two panels they were monocrystalline 270 Watts, 24 volts. The price of the panels was reasonable, the big problem with ordering them over the Internet is the shipping. They have to come common carrier Freight on a pallet. So even though I only had two pallets the shipping cost was like almost the cost of a entire solar panel!. I can tell you they're very high quality panels, I have a couple of other panels that are very similar from another company that were poly crystaline. you shouldn't really have to pay much more than $1 a watt in this day and age. My suggestion is try to buy them local if possible to avoid the freight charges unless you're buying a partial pallet or something like that.
