Since they are renovating this year you do not need the omnicard. Admission is free for everyone. Parking is $5 for residents and $10 for non residents. I am there right now!

Do you need to be a resident? And is it $10. Per person or for family

Hi Maya, Parking fees are $3 per day.  Beach fees include $5 for visitors with an Omnicard.  People with a Family Omnicard and Omnicard Plus can visit the park for free.  A one-day pass is $10.

The parking is $5, and admission to the beach albeit while there has been no admittance fee for the past 2-3 years, they will start charging again and it will be much higher come next season! Highway robbery for the residents of New Rochelle! Shame on them (City of New Rochelle)! Like they aren't collecting enough revenue from all these buildings and skyscrapers going up all over the city. Allot of us who enjoy frequenting this beach cannot afford what they they want to charge. It's an abomination! And there's not even a concession stand. There used to be one when I was growing up on this beach. It was also packed with people on any given day of the summer. And they wonder why people aren't flocking there anymore. DUH! WAKE UP CITY HALL! And do right by your residents! But what it all comes down to is the almighty dollar, the root of ALL evil!
