The ideal park for quiet time. Picnics, bbq, radios, dogs are NOT allowed. It's simply a beautiful place to take a walk and view the beautiful scenery. Must be a New Rochelle resident. Park passes are super affordable. Large parking lot. No concessions but there is a bathroom.

Poison ivy is thriving on the south boundary. Also saw much broken glass and some red solo cups littering what could be a 5 star park

Nice spot to get out and enjoy the layout. Big area to walk around and enjoy the water and the view.

Must be a resident and its $5
Yeah
It's open every day as far as I know. You can check newrochelle.gov for more info.
There is no charge to enter the park
You have to contact the parks department
Go now their not really checking any IDs at the door!
I see people bring dogs although it says you can't. Mostly, people just come here for the water front view. To relax before/after work--even on breaks. There's usually a park attendant at booth until an hour before dusk (park closes) and non-Westchester residence require $5 fee (parking fee). This is through the summer. No parking fee during fall/winter/early spring.
