I have a 2 year old female that is already spayed and a 7 mth old male that is already neutered that I can't keep anymore, they are very good, sweet cats that need a good home??

How much is the fee to turn them over, I have to move somewhere where there's no pets allowed so I have no choice but to give them up... I've tried everywhere.. Nobody will take em..

You didn't phrase that as a question but I assume that you want to know if you can turn them into the SPCA. I'm just a local guide not an SPCA employee although I do volunteer there. They are required to take any animal but you have to pay a fee to turn them in.
