I'm under the impression that it is a separate organization that maintains the site and it is often out of date. Swing by from time to time. It's a very nice facility.

The best thing you can do is go look you might find your new best friend
From what I recall, the SPCA contracts an outside group to update the photos and post the dogs online. They are not always the most current so the best way to find a dog is to actually visit the center
