Verizon's customer service has really got bad.and most people at that store are rude and only care about the sale not persons needs or wants wants.good luck.
The best way is to speak to the store manager if available or a Solutions manager this should be done in store
That's how I feel about the Verizon kiosk at Eastgate Mall and the Verizon store at Eastgate across from Best Buy and Sleep Country and PetssMart.
