Be advised. Do not do business with the Kenwood (Cincinnati) location. I went in today trying to get a new IPhone. Long story short, I decided I didn't want to wait weeks to receive the phone and said I would check back in a few weeks. After I left I saw that they charged me $395 for a buyout of my old phone (which I still have) So I went back to the store and spoke to the KID who helped me and he said I shouldn't have been charged and then said he did charge me and once we started the process there was no refunds. I told him that he never told me that and his response "My bad". I Then talked to the manager who was rude and short with me and said nothing he could do about it. I guess being a loyal customer for over a decade and spending thousands of dollars doesn't matter.

This store is so frustrating. We’ve been multiple times for hours. Every time we come, we speak to a new employee and get different and conflicting information. It’s like everyone that works here is operating on their own planet with no standard procedures. No one seems to have answers to questions like what your bill will cost or how much a new phone costs or what the trade-in value is. Prepare to be at this store for 3-4 hours.

I’m here in the store now actually. This is my 5th time coming. I do not know the next step. My bill spiked nearly 200%. My service is disconnected. They won’t tell me what to do next. The new guy messed everything up and the managers and other workers don’t seem to be helping him out. They are basically playing the blame guy. The more experienced co worker said “ he’s the one caused the problem. Let him fix it”. Making it clear they will not show the new guy nor me any support. I’m even willing to pay for the errors they made. I just want my account working properly.
