I've been sitting in front of the building waiting for the store to open since five past ten. It's supposed to be opened at 10am. It's currently 10:26 I paid for parking with the parking app which only allows a minimum of 30 minutes.

No, they refer to other repair locations.

Just drove here and they are closed. Hours say open til 5 on Sunday's. Current time is 3:35pm

Yeah unfortunately it is not unusual for that location to be closed when their hours say they should be open. Has happened to me multiple times.
