There was a broken USB port in the car that wouldn't pick up the phone input for maps and media. We thought it was our Cricket phone, but it wasn't. The Cricket tech after several tries, could not get the phone to connect. He then determined it was the input USB port in the car that wasn't working. He then brought out a USBC patch cord and plugged it into a USBC input port in the car. That solved the problem. We felt the Cricket tech, went far and above what a tech should do. We were VERY grateful. Al was his name. Would greatly recommend this pleasant young man due to his knowledge of phone operations.
