I scheduled a appointment for 9am for my son to see a neurologist because they would not fill his medication without being seen by the doctor. We were told to be there by 830am to fill out paperwork. It is now 945am, and still waiting. My son has anxiety and is without his medication, and everyone in here is unhelpful. Ridiculous.

appointment was at 4 , we got there at 3;50 . we waited 45 minutes in the waiting room , 35 after the appointment. front desk lady rolled her eyes at me when she saw me approaching . the nurse brought us into a used room with someone’s x-ray on the screen . the nurse didn’t know what room we were in .

Best experience yet! Everyone was very nice and smiling through their masks 😷😆 carol was very informative and sweet! Making me feel relieved with information about eye surgery. I was running late and they still seen my son and also was pretty quick. Not 1 complaint! Excellent!!! Excellent.. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

There are no requirements. The children's hospital takes all the children no matter what.
No surgery, just and urgent care facility
I have 5 children from 13 to 4 years old @ home, 2 children grown from 26 to 24 years old, 2 grandchildren 1/is 8yr & 1/is 6yr,,,, & 2 step children i raised the oldest of the two 9 yrs & his little brother only for two yrs, and i will have to say,,, if you're going to take the kids to Children's & haven't been there W/ur kid's you might just need the Insurance card, But i have taken all my children for the past 35 yrs. & I believe i only had to have the (Card) @ the Children's urgent Care on 5 mile if it was the first time,,,, i haven't taken any cards in to children's , after my kids went in the second time,, now Children's hospital will give any child medical help,,, (w/out a insur. Card.... i hope i was helpful.....
