Over 8 years and apt still old of staff that moved in all new model apts that’s not fair

The maintenance team needs to be provided with shoe covers so they don't track outside dirt into units. The maintenance man sprayed ProBlock Primer over my bathroom products without informing me to move them. (Toothbrush, wash clothes, and other bathroom items) I had to replace some things and wipe others off due to remnants of the ProBlock Primer landing on them. That was an extra expense to me that was unnecessary. He left garbage in my bathroom trash can without inserting the bag that was provided. The work order was not addressed in a timely manner. Considering that you all never cease to jack the rent up and never update anything the service is below market standards. The garbage dumpsters are always overflowing and the hall goes weeks without being cleaned. So pathetic. I understand why PLK has a very low google rating.

It has a pool, basketball court, place to sit and eat out of the sun. You have to come and see it for yourself, that's my recommendation. I love Clifton and its not far from there. Ask for Shanda or Kat when you call or come. They are really sweet. All of the ladies in the office are nice.
