I called around 1pm and asked them what time they closed they said 6pm showed up at 445 they were closed. I drove 2 hours to get there it was very upsetting. We asked a lady about this and she said it wasn't her problem we told her that was wrong. Just bad service

The tire shop did a good job over all but. When my wife got there the tires were about a hundred dallors more than what they quoted me on the phone and then my wife waited two hours only to discover that the rav had been finished for a long time sitting in parking lot then because there are security lug nut on the wheels they used my socket to remove the lugs and did not put it back in the tool bag which aggravated me because I couldn't find it finally after doing a throw inspection of the rav my wife found it in a console area

Unfortunately I can't even get through to anyone on the phone. I made an appt in June, and they rotated my tires. They quoted me a lot less than what I was actually charged. And didn't put the tire pressure caps back on 😅 now, I want new tires put on, and I can't get through to anyone on their line. I keep getting hung up on. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
