This place is a joke... they sell phones and electronics here and accessories but that is about all they do. The staff acts like your bothering them ... I have been here 3x for 3 separate issues and each time I was given an 800 # to call for assistance and sent on my way

Verizon's customer service has really got bad.and most people at that store are rude and only care about the sale not persons needs or wants wants.good luck.
I want to call to make an appt to purchase a new phone and I have tried multiple numbers and still can not talk with the store. They give me numbers I have already tried.
