We took our dog for training and it was such a wonderful experience. The trainers really care and are so knowledgeable.

They are not good about returning calls. You can't reach anyone live. Messages are left on a general voice and told within 2-3 days you would get a call and that did not happen. THey advertise on WRCH and I sent an email to the station to tell them about this very poor service. The station last Frida advertised a one year old golden needing a home. I have a friend who loves goldens and wanted to apply for it. I left this message and never got a call back.
