We had ordered our RAV4 as we wanted it a few months ago. We where given honest estimates of time for delivery based on options selected. We told Jonathan Aliczi (JR) that we where flexible if something similar should one become available. JR stayed in constant contact during the waiting process. He called us on several occasions to let us know what was expected to come in and with no pressure gave us option to purchase. JR was very patient with our decision process and continued to keep us updated. We did accept purchase of our RAV4, JR let us know of this one which matched most of our original order. The one missing option was installed before delivery. Perfect! We had only 3 brief visits and the staff was attentive to us and prepared for our appointments . We where given multiple options for finance, extended warrantees and had every question answered. The trade appraisal was respectful, honest and fair. At delivery our car was all set to go. Julie Olsen had all the paper work in order and all set to go exactly as discussed. JR did a great job explaining features of car and Toyota perks. After a few day JR called to see if we had any further question. Out of all the vehicles we have purchased, this has been our best experience

Personally I wouldn’t buy from them again, bought a used Toyota Corolla and had the engine light come on within the first month of owning it - under warranty - for the catalytic converter - no wonder I had to personally get the emissions done within a number of days. They did what they had to do so the light would turn off prior to purchase and left me with the repair, when I brought the car in during warranty they refused to look at it but ‘left a note’. I would rather pay a trustworthy mechanic to fix it, given it needed the converter replaced, than allow this place to haphazardly brush it off until I was out of warranty.

While Lynch Toyota appreciates that bad things can happen to good people, generally speaking they may be able to finance those with credit scores approaching 675 and higher. It's primarily a function of the banks requirements, not the dealerships.
