They were born inside and been inside every since. They r a little over 12 weeks they r very healthy n very sweet but I live in Pendleton county.. Pendleton County animal shelter won't take them, I've tried everywhere nobody wants them n I can't keep them..

I used to work there and if theyre stray put them back where they were found, the shelter will not take them in if they are outdoor. If they have lived their lives and were born inside however you can take them there and see what the verdict is provided there is a legitimate reason for them to be surrendered.
