Great views! Depending on how bad their breathing is walking the hill from the lot to the monument may be a little difficult. However I think they may have a couple handicap spots at the base as well. There are even great views from the main parking lot below the monument.
Yes. You can drive to the top where the monument is located. The parking lot is a few feet away.
