Great little place with awesome scenery. The pier(old bridge) is permanently closed so that has great affected the amount of people here. However you pretty much could have the park to yourself at the right day and time.

Me and my family had a great time fishing there.

They are sparsely being caught out there, one here and there; but trying is better than not trying. Whenever your schedule permits.... they do call it fishing after all....lol. Good luck homie.
Still no lights. Only sunrise to sunset. Park Rangers will ask you to leave at sunset.
The lights on pier were romoved. So now, they run from sunrise to sunset.
Bloods and cut bait! We caught a lot of cats with the cutbait and the bloods got us a bucket full of perch on sat!
The Dorchester side is open everyday from 7am-Sunset. The Talbot side usually opens April 1st. Neither side has lights now so they'll both be closing at Sunset every night.
The bridge is a little high up for proper crabbing. Bring extra long lines, good bait, patience and your crabbing license; DNR is always on the job, so I've heard. That being said... the crabs are HUGE when they come theough.
The sign (I posted a photo of it) says due to structural integrity questions.
Yes
Yes...perch....hardhead and some small rock
No, not any more. I think it's sun up to sun down, not sure about the times.
Not sure the officer came by but never asked for it. Better to have one anyway walmart sells them for $20.
That I don't know
catfish (blue and channel), spot, white perch, silver perch, toadfish, (usually small) stripers
The pier closes at 7 most nights. Not sure why the lights were taken down and I don't know if or when they will put them back.
Not sure, I paid for clams.
Yes a lot . your best bet is deep sea .or try to find a good place with less rocks .
Yes I walk the pier daily they are open from dusk to dawn there might be an extension for the 4th of July not sure
Yes, from seven to midnight
They do it all year round but you need an id
It is not open 24 hours. They close when the sun is not visible
No, you can not fish at night. You can only fish during the day
Probably not. Sucks they close at sunset now was a great place to fish at night. I cought my first 22inch blue fish there.
Yep. Season started in April.
Yes
Where's your residence? If you're a licensed resident of Virginia no. You will need to register your info. On Maryland DNR - Maryland department of natural resources website to be legal there . It's no cost for Virginians.
Don't know 😎 have not been there since last summer at that time it was open all night and day. First I'm hearing the. Fishing area is closed.
Spot perch and rock you have to throw back. We used blood worms. The rock you have to throw back they have a size limit and make sure you have your fishing license.
