Does it really matter??? Wow... smh...Anytime I went fishing anywhere and I've been all over Baltimore/Maryland. Most ppl tend to mind their own. When I spoke to ppl or ppl spoke to me black, white, Mexican, etc. It would usually be about fishing. Ppl tend to mind their business so it really doesn't matter what race of ppl are here. I've went crabbing & fishing in the roughest parts of Baltimore city & never had a problem. Btw I'm a white woman from Baltimore city living/grown up in majority black area but married to a white man. (Which that doesn't even matter) But can I ask why u ask if white ppl are there? Like every other race there's bad apples in every bunch. INCLUDING white ppl. Wow. Smh
