Probably seasonal falls, we have quite a few in the area. They are fairly easy to find using a topography map. Usually best to leave the "hidden" treasures as hidden as possible. The more effort people have to put forth is a big determining factor in how well they respect LNT.
No trails literly hands and knee sections crawling through the dense shrub oak and bushes combined with scailing 40 foot cliffs one wrong step and you die but like the previous person said you can only find them with a wetland mapper and topagraphy map and use gps corridinents to mark hidden stream elevation good luck id be suprised if anyone found them also one you cant pass a certain point cause its private property so you have to be respectful and view the waterfall from behind the owners property line not nice to trespass on peoples land
Michelle i agree many people just drive up to the monument throw trash all over the place and leave same thing at buttermilk falls mostly people coming in from cities or out of state i do conseevation work it would be nice if they kept the road closed at buttermilk falls and perserved the mounument into a hiking/biking trail
AllTrails has the option to set a trail waypoint. Guthooks AT guide has the similar options too.
