They will bot work with you on prices, but they have worked with people on payments.
They really have worked with me I'm on disability so sometimes they do work with you on whatever your pets need I do not believe they would turn any one away
They will not, as stated. You can find prices on their website and they are pretty much the cheapest for shots. For neuters/spats, them and the dumb friends league mobile clinic. Good luck!
