You have to weigh you needs if you prefer a greater level of customer service their are 100's of Vets un Denver Metro that $$$ offer that. You must be a proactive cliend with PPH Plud (My Opinion) Having saud that they have mett 10000% met every need of my Services Dog and my othet pets EVERT TIME

Depends on how busy they are and how many people call multiple times (don't do it, it makes it so kuch harder for them). I've had them call me vack within a couple hours and I've had them never call me back. It's honestly much easier to just go in and talk to them in person to schedule an appt. And if it is an emergency they typically can get you seen by a vet that day but you might have to wait a little
