You can't not have medical records. The state board of insurance and the government agency over nurses and doctors require medical records for every patient that is seen. It's a liability to not have them. Those records go in to digital files so they can be accessed by any doctor or patient by signing a HIPAA form.

They do different plant counts for different prices. Its something like $200 for 12plants, $300 or $400 for 24 plants and $500 for 36 plants. This isn't exact, but rather a ball park. Great place! Highly recommended!

I believe so yes if you have proof esp if your under 30 years old you have to have drs referral or notes showing you have chronic pain. He helped my life so much by signing for my medical card. I was in so much pain and he changed my life for the better. Now with my card I can afford to at least have my pain at a stable 3 or 4 which is way better than a 10 constantly and now I'm off narcotics for my medical trauma so its totally worth it! Sorry your in pain . I hope it works out for you...

Actually yes. You can get your mmj card under the age of 18 with parental consent. Especially when your child has epilepsy! There are very young children who have violent seizure and the only thing that helps is cannabis.

Yes. Any minor (under 18) needs to have a legal guardian present to give full consent for a child to receive even just an exam let alone a card. Also getting a card as a minor is much less common and there are much fewer conditions doctors will recommend cannabis as a solution for a minor.
