needed a knee scooter post op foot surgery-they delivered it next day and also picked it up when finished-the scooter worked well and was well maintained so had no issues with it. Company kept me informed with emails and phone calls.

I rented an all-terrain knee scooter. The one they gave me had break issues that they could not repair so they gave me another scooter that was worse than the first one and when I questioned them about it they said if I had any safety concerns that I should just turn the scooter back in. I feel that their customer service was totally unprofessional and unconcerned about a customer's well-being safety.

Morning Tim - we do not purchase uses equipment. I’m not actually aware of any businesses that do. We will accept it as a donation but won’t pay out for anything.
Hi Sharda - if you'd like you can call our store at 303-993-3010 to discuss this and help you choose the right option. We do have standard walkers but I think one of our rollators would be best for you. It has a seat on it so you can rest when you need to and has brakes so it won't get away from you. It also has bigger wheels than a standard walker to help with bumps or doorways. It can also easily adjust up or down for your posture if you need it. We have a few options in our store you can try out as well!
