Jason and Tim take care of their guitars before they sell them and I've found their instruments I've got never played. Also Ross sets up guitars and anytime I've had any issue in the past - they fix the instrument from the manufacture.

Email Or call. Ask for Tim the drum department manager. They definitely buy used gear. You'll get way more selling it on your own though. You will get more in a trade too rather than a cash buy
