When is the best time to call? I do leave messages but is there a good time to call to be able to speak to someone instead of leaving voice messages? Understand it is usually busy.

I have left messages numerous times and never had a return call so if you can I would just go to the clinic there is also a max fund clinic you can call you may have better luck.

You should look on their website to see when would be an appropriate time-- theres often vac clinics so it would be busy. You should bring your pup in though if its serious because they are very busy and I don't know how calling would help. Good luck!

Usually have left half a dozen messages before receiving a call back. It may be best to seek out an urgent care vet clinic. Someplace that sees walk-ins
