You have to just take your pet in. It's first come first served. But they are amazing so well worth it. And their prices are the most reasonable you'll find.
They aren't open on Sundays for new patients or appointments. Staff is there to take care of patients already hospitalized though. The 100% best way to get in contact with them though is to show up in person anyday Monday through Saturday. Kind of a pain to so so, I get it. But they are worth the hassle for it. Best care in Colorado hands down and they don't charge you as much as a car for saving your fur baby.

From my experience, it is a first come, first serve clinic. I had to go to their location when they opened and wait in line. It takes time, so plan on a couple hours. That includes days you have an "appointment" However, their prices are worth the wait!!!
There must have been a problem with their phone but Hubby said he just drove down there.
