The owner and lead vet (Dr. Jeff Young) and his wife (Dr. Petra) live above the clinic so they will often check on pets overnight as needed. If your dog was not stable and/or needed more intensive care, I think they would've suggested a 24/7 emergency clinic. Hope all goes well.
I know it is hard to leave you fur baby. I have a very spoiled and terrified of everything husky. She had to have surgery on a torn acl. She did fine with them. They truly care about every animal brought to them.
