Does anyone there actually ever answer the phone?? I've tried 8 times to call you. No response to emails either. You talk about excellent customer service, but I'm seeing just the opposite!

Why do you guys constantly ask why hasnt your trash been picked up? If you see everyone else on the block with their trash taken out, then you just put your trash out late and need someone else to blame. And then have the audacity to complain...
