The worst management company in MI. DO NOT RENT FROM BRIGITA DOER. Yeah and they prey on poor and black people. They will do anything to keep your deposit. The first place I was in was full of mice. On Pleasant Grove Rd. That's why they not showing the real picture of the property. The next place I moved to was nicer, but the people in the building were nuts. Notice how she has negative responses to the bad reviews. That should tell you to beware in dealing with this company! I was trying to get my money back from them stealing my deposit. Racism is real hard to prove these days with all the red lining going on. Yeah I was trying to get my money back from them keeping my deposit twice !

I rented my townhouse for 2 years with the owner running the place. Service was slow but things got done eventually and she was very pleasant. Three months ago Doerr took over. It has been a nightmare and I finally give up. The blower on the furnace went out so I have no A/C. It has now been off for a month. Brigetta talks to me like I am 2 years old. The reason she gave for not fixing it yet is that I complained about it on Facebook. She is very unprofessional. First time I have never broke a lease, but I simply can't take it.

Staff is rude completely blown away by the responses I received when asking questions she talked to me as if I was a child I highly don’t recommend I have a friend who rents with them she stated they don't fix anything her previous landlord was difficult but this management company is way worse DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

This was not my favorite place to live because I was not ready for the noise of the city. It has ups and it has downs but it is decent, convenient and my neighbors are great.
