Because I'm a Waterford resident my calls are referred to their website, which tells me it's for Waterford residents only then telling me to call the Phone # ... I call the phone # ,they tell me I have to use their website.... if this is how their service is Waterford Official's made a big mistake choosing them for our Trash hauling service !!!! Well ,after 15 minutes on hold ,I finally spoke to a Human ... so much for that ... I was told I need to sign up for new service on the Website ....ughhhhh ,after explaining my situation again ,I was told "a representative will call you tomorrow and set you up with service " Bwahahaha...guess tomorrow never comes cause no one has called me yet from GFL ....
Have to keep calling they skiped our trash so called like 5 times and finally 4 days after trash day they came back customer service now a days.
