Drove all the way from Wyoming to find this sign. Not only did I not receive a cancellation email I received a confirmation email this morning and a confirmation text last night. Horrible.

Handwritten sign on the door saying they're closed and all appointments are made in error. Also said you should receive an email for rescheduling, except the night before I got an email asking me to CONFIRM the appointment at the scheduled time. Save yourself the effort and go to DIA if you need a TSA Precheck; it'll be open and it will take less time than trying to figure out when this place will honor your appointment.

Went in for fingerprints. We were in and out in 9 min. The staff were lovely! Thank you

The ladies here were so helpful. The process was fast and easy. They gave us helpful advice when we could not make it to the first appointment and when we walked in hours earlier than our next scheduled appointment, it was no problem.
