I was in Fort Collins to visit friends a do a little shopping. We had decided we needed a new couch and chair or two for our great room. I had looked on line at the lazy boy web site and started getting updates. I remembered the quality of your store from when we lived in the area, so I stopped in on a whim. I entered the store and soon met one of your designers Barbra Diamond. She immediately directed me towards the furniture I had asked about and said for me to look a little and she would check back with me in a bit. I soon found a leather corner arrangement I was attracted. Not at all what I thought I wanted (a fabric couch and a leather chair). However, I kept looking at that leather corner arrangement. Barbra showed me a number of nice couches and leather chairs. She was very patient and I asked her about colors a material that would hold up to a spoiled dog, etc. By then I had pretty well decided I wanted the leather corner arrangement. She promptly showed me a number of chair options that would go with the corner arrangement and offered to have a designer come to our home, 50 miles away, and assist if we desired that service. I found the leather chair that “talked to me” but couldn’t decide on the color. Again Barbra assisted me checking availability on various options. I sent my wife pictures of the two I liked. She loved them both. I went home and she said buy them. I wanted her to see them in person, so we came right back to the store. My wife confirmed she like the selection even better in person. We bought them both. It would not have happened without the professional assistance of Barbra and your staff! The last couch we bought took us a year to decide. This time it was easy. Thank you.

Where do I start? Our experience in store was great. We ordered our chair in April and understood that it would take awhile until delivery. We took delivery on October 6th 2022. Before the delivery guys were out of our driveway part of the springs started falling off from the bottom of the chair. The fabric was not attached smoothly on one side and the springs weren’t attached to the bottom of the chair. This caused sagging and funny noises coming from the chair when I sat in it. There was also pieces of wood falling from the chair. Upon inspection there is a big hole in a supporting piece. The foot rest won’t stay up when I rest my feet on it. La-Z-Boy came out and agreed that the chair wasn’t manufactured correctly. They are making an entire new bottom for the chair. We wait for that. My point is how could this chair have left the place it was make in this condition?
