We've used American furniture for years. It's a great place to get good quality furniture for a great price. The service, delivery and every aspect have been fantastic. Always. Always if for some of a reason there is ever a problem, they're always very quick to try to fix any issues that come up.

Nice place great prices, friendly not-pushy service, and prompt, polite delivery. We bought a table, chairs, and some living room pieces from a competitor. Put money down, told 4-5 mos. After 10 mos my wife got impatient and worked for a refund. We took that to American just to look around, found what we wanted in stock, bought it, and have it in the house in less than 3 days.

Not when we got our sofa delivered. Not sure what they do now though.
Depends on the product and if you are within their return policy. They do sometimes require a restock fee, but we have never been charged it yet.
Why don't you call the store, or better yet, just go in and see?
Nothing is returned for 100% money back. 15% restocking fees. Other brands offer 30 night guarantees when purchased direct
Not that I know of, but their prices are pretty good. We live in Cheyenne but go to Ft Collins to buy.

Yes they do have great quality beds and great mattresses also. Its also nice to try them out.
Not sure how long they have been around but it's quite a nice place with great prices. We just got a sectional from them for our basement and it's great quality for a fraction of the price that we paid for a Rooms To Go sectional.
