This gym is the real deal. Old Town Athletic Club is one of the nicest, cleanest, best run gyms I have ever been too. Their rates are incredibly low and the staff is fantastic.

Yes you can. I'm unsure about the price. Do you know someone that is a member? Right now they are offering a free month to friends of members.
I'm not sure if it's a different rate because I have a membership, but I brought a friend once and it was $5
