Yes there is 10 year warranty with every home that we build.
I do not have the serial number it has been removed from inside the master bedroom closet. HUD # is NTA1199339, I am praying there is a reference so I can get the serial number since it was never detitled.

By the factory or just in general? In general yes your cabinets can be replaced .you would have to contact R-ANELL for any information on purchasing new cabinets from them
The doors come from a different factory than the one that builds the houses at R-Anell. The cabinets are built there but the doors come from a seperate entity.

Usually the water heater is in a small closet next to the hall bathroom. It may possibly be in a small closet next to the utility room with the washer and dryer.
