These are extremely well built homes with lots of attention to detail. The workmanship is comparable to much more expensive homes. Location is great, too! Easy access to I-40 and Wilmington.

It's going to be a nice cookie cutter housing project, but they should have started it by setting up city water. The well water in this area is real bad (rust and sulfur). If I was going to sign up for a 1/4 million dollar house the water better be the best possible just saying.
