Noise hasn't been an issue, I've lived here for at least 9 months and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I live on the ground floor, and yes you can hear some of the stumping but it hasn't been bad at all, I've lived on other apartments in the past that were way louder. I can't hear anything through the walls at all when it is all quiet. These are very nice apartments, the people that work here are pretty nice and maintenance is taken care of quick. They are always improving the areas and keeping up with them. Again, as far as noise, I dont have any issues at all. Hope that helps.
It's quiet at night because my place is right next to the Research Forest. The walls are not paper thin when compared to my previous place and I really don't hear my neighbors. With the recent renovations (lighting & painting), I can walk up the stairs with plenty of lighting.
