Friendly/helpful leasing agents and maintenance staff Had some issues with quality of the apartment itself after move in (Beat up appliances and cabinets) I definitely suggest making sure u have a renovated apartment for a better experience

I cannot in good conscience give anything higher as since I have moved it it has been nothing but a battle with staff. No matter the issue phrased as your fault. nothing ever gets fixed so you open 3-5 tickets for same issue. Update: Staff has worked very hard to resolve my issues. They have done their best to make it right in this post covid short staffed env we all live in. I am raising to three stars accordingly.
