Very disappointing experience. Called on 8.22 at 7:30pm to make reservations for 8pm and was told that would be totally fine and doable. We showed up at 7:56 and the hostess goes “Oh I just gave your table away” Like huh?? Very weird and unprofessional and it’s not like we weren’t on time - we were early! She made the previous table move and we took their spot which made us feel really bad. Anyways, we pushed that bad first impression aside and proceeded with the rest of the night. However, our waitress (blond, short woman) gave us a terrible experience. We weren’t greeted for a little over 10 minutes after sitting down and when she did come by, she didn’t introduce herself at all. Just quickly went, “Want something to drink?” Didn’t ask how we were, didn’t give us a warm welcome - nothing. Food took way too long to come out and everything was completely average. Our waitress didn’t come over at all to make sure our food was good and that we were satisfied, she just picked up our plates and dropped off the bill a little while after. I’m a server myself and I understand that sometimes service can be slow if it’s a busy night. The least she could’ve done was explain that to us but instead, she ignored us the entire night even though she walked past our table 50+ times since we were right by the kitchen and bar area. I confronted her about it and she barely gave me an apology, just tried making excuses and didn’t seem apologetic or remorseful at all. Experience sucked which is a shame because the place inside is really nice. Hostess and server were both bad at their job and I would not recommend this place at all.

Our server, Jessica was one of the best servers I've ever had. Dinner was exceptional. Overall fantastic experience.

Worst experience ever, bought burned soup, (wonder if waitress smell it before she brought it out) because it smelled burnt when she placed on our table. We order salad and chicken from main course, they were tasteless no seasoning at all. Horrible service, we told the waitress we will order later more n kept one menu but the lady failed to notify us they won't take any orders after 9pm. Terrible staff, will not recommend it to anyone.
